Shipping Policy

At TechVault, we process and ship all orders with precision and speed so you can get your tech gear as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Order Tracking: You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack all tech products with protective packaging to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us immediately at neowinters.shop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging.
We will send out a replacement or issue a refund right away.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! TechVault is not responsible if a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your address, email us at neowinters.shop@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
